3. Road Safety & Cockpit Installation Disclaimer

Rider Safety & Fastener Inspection Notice: Cycling and motorcycling carry inherent road hazards. Riders are strictly responsible for verifying that all handlebar mounts, lights, and bags are fastened securely according to recommended torque specifications before every ride. Do not manipulate electronic screens or adjust mounts while actively pedaling or riding. Always use tether lanyards when operating phone mounts on rough terrain. Kelo Ride is not liable for smartphone optical image stabilization (OIS) sensor degradation, dropped devices from improper clamp torquing, cycling accidents resulting from rider distraction, or personal injuries sustained on the road.
